Q: I wanted a pair of earrings but now they say ‘sold out’, when will you restock items?

A: Some items will not be restocked once sold. I will make a note in the item description stating that they will not be restocked.

*If I'm planning on restocking, I will restock as soon as possible. Due to the fact that I buy some pieces from a wholesaler, it's difficult to know exactly when an item will be back in stock. Sometimes shipments can take much longer than anticipated. I will be diligent in updates and announcements on restocks on my shop's home page and on Instagram.

 

Q: Do you offer sales, promotions, discounts, or clearance?

A: I do offer sales, promotions, discounts, and clearance at particular times. Each of these may vary on time and length. Please visit my website or Instagram (instagram.com/LittleSomethingStudio) for announcements and details.

 

Q: Do you offer personalized or customized items?

A: Currently, I do not offer personalization services, but I do offer partial customization. For more details, please visit 'Personalization & Customization' section under 'POLICIES' on the main menu of the homepage. 

 

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: No, not at this time. If I do end up offering wholesale, I will add it to my policies.

 

Q: Do you offer your earrings as clip-ons instead of posts?

A: No, not at this time. If this changes in the future, a 'Clip-On' section will be added under 'COLLECTIONS' in the main menu on the homepage. 

 

Q: My earrings were in my cart but when I went to check out, it says ‘sold out’, why did that happen?

A: Even though an item is saved in your cart, it doesn’t guarantee they’re yours until you complete the check-out process and submit a payment. This is how Shopify protects the seller.

 

Q: How do I clean my earrings?

A: Please visit ‘Wear & Care’ under Quick Links. It will give you guidance on how to clean various metals and materials.

 

Q: Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

A: As long as I haven’t shipped your order, I can help you out. Please contact me if your order hasn’t shipped and I can see what we can do for you.

 

Q: I have sensitive ears, will these cause me problems?

A: I use mostly stainless steel for my earring posts. Stainless steel is very durable and corrosion resistant, however all stainless steel has small amounts of nickel. If you have very sensitive ears, I would caution you against purchasing. 

I use raw brass earring hooks on many earrings. While raw brass normally doesn't and shouldn't contain nickel, I can't guarantee it's nickel free since I buy the findings from a wholesaler. 

There are some occasions I use another metal. Please refer to the particular item’s description for what materials are used and base your purchase off that.
