REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
Little Something Studio has a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. To start a return, you can contact littlesomethingstudio@gmail.com, or use the 'CONTACT' link under 'Quick Links' on this website.
PLEASE NOTE: you are responsible for all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RETURNS:
It is not advisable to share earrings with others as there is a risk of infection. Due to this, I only accept returns, or exchanges if the purchased earrings haven't been used or worn. To ensure they are still in pristine condition, I will only accept items that are still sealed in their original clear poly bag. If they have been opened or tampered with, I will not accept them.
If you bought a custom or personalized item, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want. Please don't wait for the return to be approved if you are concerned that the item may be sold out in the meantime. I do not hold items in these circumstances.
REFUNDS:
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at littlesomethingstudio@gmail.com, or 'CONTACT' under 'Quick Links' on my website, www.littlesomethingstudio.com.
DAMAGES/ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If it's been longer than 5 days after your item has been delivered damaged and you do not contact me regarding the issue, I cannot be confident that the damage happened during transit. If this is the case, I will not accept a return for the damaged item.
If your packaging is intact but there is damage to the actual piece please contact me immediately and we can work to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
HOW TO RETURN:
If your return or exchange has been accepted, send the item in the original packaging.
