SHIPPING

I offer free shipping on orders over $35.

I try to get your earrings made and sent out to you as quickly as possible. 

Please allow up to 5 business days before you get a notification that your item has shipped. I try to get them sent out by 1-2 business days after the order has been placed but sometimes other factors come into play that may extend that to 5 business days. 

If I'm away from my studio, I will leave an announcement on the home page of my website. You may still place orders but the processing time will be delayed. 

I use USPS as my mail delivery service. 

USPS sends out a notification with a tracking number once I've printed your shipping label. Please refer to this tracking number to get the most accurate updates. Once USPS has your package, delivery time is out of my control. Until the package has been scanned at their nearest facility, it will say 'PRE-TRANSIT'. It may say that for several days, especially if it's before or during a holiday or weekend. If it doesn't leave the 'PRE-TRANSIT' stage after 5 days, please contact me. 

*please note: sometimes USPS can be slow to update tracking information, especially on weekends and holidays. 

HOLIDAYS:

After October 31st, I recommend selecting 'USPS Priority Mail' as it's delivery time is 1-3 business days. This is to ensure you get your items well ahead of the holiday rush. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

- USPS First Class: delivery time is 2-5 business days and is the least expensive option. 

-USPS Priority Mail: delivery time is 1-3 business days, and more expensive.

-USPS Priority Express Mail: this option guarantees delivery the next day or up to 2 days. The starting price for this option is $28.75. 

Tracking numbers will be given on all 3 options. During check-out, please share your e-mail information so updates can be communicated. Doing so will allow you to access your tracking information. 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

I try my best to package your items so they'll be well protected on their journey to you. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If it's been longer than 5 days after your item has been delivered damaged and you do not contact me regarding the issue, I cannot be confident that the damage happened during transit. If this is the case, I will not accept a return for the damaged item. 

If your packaging is intact but there is damage to the actual piece please contact me immediately and we can work to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. 

Where's my package? If your package said it was 'delivered' by USPS but you can't find it, please contact your local USPS.
